ATTENTION: ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS FROM MZUMBE UNIVERSTY MUST READ THIS
Please be informed that with effect from next academic year (October 2013) the Directorate will do the allocation of rooms to our student in the University hostels as per University Accommodation Policy which was established and endorsed by the University Council May 2013.The policy has categories of which the priorities for students who will be considered first are clearly stated i.e.
First years according to the hierarchy in the list.
The document is in the University Website and hard copies are found in
the University Library, Office of the Dean of Students and MUSO Office.
Kindly take time to read it and understand your position.
All continuing students are advised to start looking for Off-campus Accommodation now.
The list of some Hostels and their contacts are
attached.
Just in case of any clarification consult the office of Dean of Students
and Department of Accommodation respectively.

NEW STUDENTS JOIN INSTRUCTION!!ADMISSION TO MU COURSES AT MAIN CAMPUS FOR THE 2013/14
Enclosed herewith please find our joining instructions to this University.
Together with these instructions we have also enclosed Forms A/1-5 which you are required to fill as accurately as instructed in the forms, While A/6 bears information about off-campus accommodation (Private hostels).
When reporting at the University for registration on 14th October, 2013, you should come along with the following forms: Form A/2 which is Admission Acknowledgement, Form A/3 - Students Registration and Forms A/4 and 5 which are about Medical Examination. registration will end on 20th October, 2013.
You are required to confirm acceptance of this offer by filling form A/2 and pay at least half of the tuition fee by 14thOctober, 2013. A copy of bank pay –in-slip should be attached with Form A/2 and returned to Admissions office – Mzumbe University by 14th October, 2013. Candidates who would not have paid the fee on the stated date will have forfeited their admissions.
All payments should be made through CRDB–Mzumbe Branch MU income Account No 01J1012013400. No student will be registered unless she/he brings original bank pay-in-slip as evidence of fee payment on registration day.
You will be required to bring your original certificates which support your application. Photocopies will not be accepted for registration.
NB. There is limited in-campus accommodation, therefore find attached the list of off-campus hostels. You can start to contact the owners and make some accommodation arrangements.

Enclosed herewith please find our joining instructions to this University.
Together with these instructions, we have also enclosed Forms A/2-5 which you are required to fill as accurately as instructed in the forms.
Form A/3 ‘Students Registration’ and Forms A/4 and 5 which are about ‘Medical Examination’, should all reach the Mzumbe University (Mbeya Campus) with you during registration period which will commence on 14th October, 2013.

Candidates who would not have paid the fee on the stated date, will have forfeited their admissions.
